James Paine is native to West Palm Beach and The Town of Palm Beach. He has had the privilege of serving clients in both the residential and commercial real estate sectors over a career that has spanned nearly a decade. He holds a B.S. from the Florida State University College of Business, graduating in 2014. Shortly after graduation, James started in residential real estate but quickly became involved in commercial real estate. He has helped clients buy and sell both residential and commercial real estate, and has had repeat business, in some cases being the agent who handles his clients’ sales in both sectors. In 2021 he joined Aquantis Realty, a firm that focuses on site acquisition, planning, development, and sale of ultra-luxury single family homes. While he works in the high end luxury markets, he has maintained his relationships with his vast rolodex of commercial clients.
James has brokered both residential and commercial transactions above the $10,000,000 price point in his career. The same care and diligence James uses to coordinate a large deal is available to clients who are interested in real estate at any price point.
